Senior Director, Global Digital Workplace

The Senior Director of Digital Workplace and IT End User Services is leading, designing and implementing our Digital Workplace Strategy and ensures the Service Desk, internal IT infrastructure, security, applications provide innovative IT solutions that scale with our growth and improve organizational efficiency and the end user experiences! You’ll Get To: Set vision and provide oversight for global internal IT & Digital Workplace teams including the design, development, operationalization, monitoring and support of internal IT systems and support including: End users services, service desk,, mobility and productivity solutions that enable employees to be effective and efficient in their daily jobs Partner with Business and Technology Leaders to understand organizational technology needs and provide balanced and cost-effective internal Information Technology and Digital Workplace solutions. This role will work in close partnership with the Technology and Product Operations teams Own the IT Steering Committee comprised of multi-functional executive leaders. The IT leader will drive alignment across the multi-functional partners for internal IT strategy, investments, IT roadmap, governance and software portfolio Lead successful projects and ensures effective organisational change to drive positive end user experience and engagement across the organization Own the day-to-day internal IT Operations and Service Desk and establishes governance and compliance for on premise and cloud solutions that ensures efficient and high-quality delivery of IT services. This includes develop, publish, and provide associated training around internal IT policies, standards and procedures, encouraging teamwork, security and compliance across the company Understand and innovate the “Work from Anywhere” employee experience and Lytx internal tools, applying user experience principles across Digital Workplace Systems and Services Stays ahead of industry trends, conduct assessments and provide recommendations for innovative technology solutions. (I.e. service desk, end user technologies and system security, systems administration, cloud applications, licensing, HW, automation etc.) Source, deploy and manage company technology assets and distributed infrastructure providers. Establish a framework and publish IT-related metrics that measure the reliability of our systems and the efficiency, impact and effectiveness of the team Manage employees including hiring, handling employee concerns, performance and growth What You’ll Need: 12+ years of demonstrated experience with 5+ years’ experience Digital Workplace and End User strategy and guiding business leaders in a growing company with diverse enterprise solutions such as IT service desk, applications, networks, datacenters, clouds, and tools. Deep understanding of current and new technologies for onsite and “Work from Anywhere” employees and a passion for continuous improvement Proven leadership skills including experience developing and presenting a vision that encourages and motivates staff and aligns with business goals Ability to build positive relationships with the business and demonstrate the business value of IT Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred experience: SaaS, On-premise and cloud solutions such as: networking, distributed datacenters, diverse cloud services, AWS, Windows Servers, Virtualization, Security, Active Directory, SCCM, OKTA, Office365, Slack, Zoom, Dialpad, SharePoint, Servicenow, Hardware, Software and Audio/Visual technologies etc. Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts Telehealth 401(k) and 401(k) match Life and AD&D insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability FTO or PTO Employee Well-Being program 11 paid holidays plus 1 inclusive holiday per year Volunteer Time Off Employee Referral program Education Reimbursement Program Employee Recognition and Appreciation program Additional perk and voluntary benefit programs Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
