Director Of Case ManagementStep into a key leadership role as the next Director of Case Management at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile, Alabama.The PositionThe Director of Case Management provides strategic and operational leadership for all case management and social services functions, overseeing length of stay management, utilization review, and discharge planning.The Director reports into the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, overseeing a team 20-22 fte's.This leader is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care coordination while driving efficient resource utilization, regulatory compliance, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration across the organization.The Director will maintain accountability for departmental operations and financial performance, managing budgets, optimizing staffing coverage across all shifts, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, relationship-driven leader with experience in case management, care coordination, discharge planning and team leadership.
