Marketing Events Coordinator
Descripción del puesto: What You’ll Do We are seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events across the U.S. market. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and attention to detail to ensure flawless delivery of trade shows, customer events, and internal activations. Your main responsibilities will include: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and fairs, including booth logistics, vendor management, onsite setup, and event operations. Coordinate commercial agendas and support sales teams during exhibitions and strategic events. Manage end-to-end execution of customer and strategic events, including VIP invitations, hospitality, and sponsorship activations. Oversee vendors and suppliers related to events (logistics, printing, booths, materials, and services). Handle operational processes such as SAP requests, purchase orders, payments, and budget tracking related to events. Coordinate internally with Finance, Travel, HR, Service, Logistics, and Global Marketing (HQ) to ensure alignment and execution. Support internal events and activations, managing logistics, spaces, materials, and supplier coordination. What We’re Looking For Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or field marketing activities, preferably in B2B, industrial, energy, or technology environments. Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple events in parallel. Experience working with vendors, budgets, and internal operational processes. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Office 365; experience with SAP is a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
