For that reason, we do not employ a non-compete contract or time commitment in terms of contract. Role Description This part-time Licensed Therapist role is an on-site position located in Peoria, IL. The therapist will provide counseling services to individuals with a focus on emotional well-being, relationship enhancement, and personal development in areas of expertise. Key responsibilities may include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, creating personalized treatment plans, maintaining confidentiality, and documenting client progress in compliance with ethical and organizational standards. Qualifications Experience in individual, couples, and/or family therapySkills in building therapeutic relationships and promoting emotional well-beingProficiency in handling case documentation and treatment planningStrong communication, active listening, and empathy skillsCounseling license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) for the state of IllinoisCommitment to confidentiality and ethical practicePreferred qualification: Experience working with kids, teens or adults in community mental health settings
