NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Sr. Project Manager (Merger & Acquisition)Details:Role: Senior Project Manager (Merger & Acquisition)Location: Miami FL - Remote to start - Hybrid laterDuration: 6-12 monthsWhat You Will Do:Manage project timelines and cross-project dependencies to ensure acceptable delivery by the Client and all stakeholdersMonitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays aligned with all Client specificationsGenerate, validate, and distribute timely status reports, time usage reports, and expense reportsDeliver and Execute a Deadline driven PlanManage Assets Data and Customer Conversion Projects ensuring assets interdependencies and Integrated within the ProjectImplement an MBM Conversion RunbookMay indirectly manage cross-LoB Project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology ResourcesManage, and escalate as needed, risks and issues throughout the programCreate and implement a change management planManage day-to-day client interaction, sets and manages client expectations, develops lasting relationships with Client, their personnel and other program stakeholdersMay manage several projects at any given timeManage hardware, software and staff augmentation vendors and associated SOWsManage Clarity project administration Skills and Experience You Will Need:Minimum of 10 years program and project management experienceExperience with Conversion and M&A Projects within the finance industryIntermediate level of proficiency or above with JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite to include, MS Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & ExcelCapable of independent action aligned with goals and objectivesMust be capable of verbally engaging with world class clientele and, when challenged, supporting and defending industry best practices with minimal / no preparationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic Desired Skills:PMP certificationBanking Program and Project Delivery FrameworksExperience with Architecture, Data, Corporate, Commercial, Retail, Shared Services domains
