ServiceNow Developer- Digital End-User Experience
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on implementation experience to support Digital End-User Experience (DEX) initiatives. In this role you will focus on building and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that improve employee and end-user digital experiences, including portals, request fulfillment, self-service capabilities, and related employee-facing services. You will contribute to implementation and configuration work in a collaborative remote environment.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop ServiceNow applications, Employee Service Center / portals, catalog items, workflows, and self-service experiences that support Digital End-User Experience goalsImplement and customize features that improve request intake, fulfillment, knowledge access, and overall end-user digital experienceWrite client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes following ServiceNow best practicesParticipate in requirements sessions, design discussions, and iterative development for DEX-related solutionsSupport testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities for DEX implementationsCreate and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizationsCollaborate remotely with project teams, UX/experience stakeholders, and other developersMinimum RequirementsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications in a production or project environmentPractical experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer/Workflow, Service Catalog, and portal or employee experience configurationAbility to work fully remote and collaborate effectively in a distributed teamStrong problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindsetNice to HavesPrior experience with Digital End-User Experience, Employee Service Center, portals, or employee-facing ServiceNow solutionsExperience with ServiceNow UI Builder, Next Experience, or related modern UI capabilitiesAdditional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD)
