Job DescriptionHamilton Connections is seeking CNC Machine Operators to fill open 2nd shift positions in Farmington, CT. 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday $22/hour + (depending on experience) Weekly Pay Job Summary: We are seeking candidates to fill a CNC Operator role on 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines to produce high-quality products. Key Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts and componentsMonitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and product qualityPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipmentMaintain detailed production records and logsCollaborate with the manufacturing team to identify process improvements and implement best practices Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to set up, program, and operate CNC machinesStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to quality Additional InformationPlease select "Apply Online" to submit your application for this position.
