We manage the financial roadmap, from the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts to in-depth business reviews that enhance efficiency and inform key decisions.We are looking for a Senior Finance and Strategy Analyst to become an integral part of the FP&A team for our Consumer division.In this position, you will be a vital financial partner to Consumer leadership, overseeing the analysis that drives operational expenditure (OpEx) planning. Your contributions will directly enhance resource allocation, efficiency, and strategic decision-making as we scale.What You'll Do:Oversee Financial Deliverables: Take responsibility for the forecasting, reporting, and analysis relevant to your business partners, ensuring that all deadlines for the annual budget and monthly planning processes are met with accuracy. Identify Actionable Insights: Proactively analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities. We are looking for someone who actively seeks to understand the underlying reasons behind the numbers. Act as a Key Financial Partner: Establish strong relationships with partners and present your findings during business reviews, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Ensure Financial Integrity: Own the month-end close process for your areas, conducting detailed variance analysis and coordinating with the Accounting team to maintain the accuracy of our financial data. Develop and Manage Financial Models: Create, maintain, and manage financial models that analyze financial risks and opportunities. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in high-growth tech environments, FinTech, or financial services. Proficiency with financial software (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
