It’s an industry that never stands still, and there’s genuine excitement about building what’s next as we enjoy the journey together.SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance Manager will play a key role in platform software and game implementation of release validation services to drive the testing of new product features, ensure release readiness, and improve the performance, stability, and reliability of the platform across multiple studios and production environments.QUALIFICATIONS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage performance evaluations, coaching, development, and hiring for a team of Quality Assurance Analysts. Lead and evolve the team’s quality assurance, testing, and automation strategies. Partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Developers to define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and ensure appropriate test coverage for upcoming features and releases. Develop and coordinate release test plans, testing schedules, and execution strategies. Participate planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and adhere to deadlines. Support test execution activities, defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution to ensure high-quality product releases. Analyze existing QA processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and product quality. Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to QA team members. Track and communicate testing progress, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders. Promote best practices in software quality assurance, test automation, and continuous improvement across the organization.REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years’ experience management experience Excellent software testing skills with a strong understanding of software testing methodology Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong ability to communicate both written and verballyThis Job Description is to be used as a guide for accomplishing Company objectives.
