Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Wyomissing, PA, for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing cosmetic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs, managing anesthesia-related care plans, performing preoperative assessments, collaborating with surgical teams, and providing post-anesthesia care as needed. The CRNA will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence in the delivery of anesthesia services. Qualifications Expertise in Anesthesiology, including IV sedation anesthesia and patient monitoringAdvanced Nursing skills with a focus on patient assessment, care planning, and post-anesthesia recoveryComprehensive understanding and application of principles in Medicine and SurgeryValid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential and a current license to practice in PennsylvaniaExcellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and compassionate carePrior experience in a surgical or cosmetic practice setting is a plus
