In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our properties safe, functional, and comfortable for residents. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance across residential property units and common areas Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Conduct unit inspections and prepare vacant units for move-in readiness Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, facilities, and maintenance shop Communicate effectively with property management regarding repair status and supply needs Requirements: Prior experience in residential or commercial property maintenance Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple work orders Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred EPA 608 certification or HVAC experience a plu
