Campaign Manager for Laura Huber for Arizona State SenateLaura Huber for Arizona State Senate is seeking an experienced, highly organized Campaign Manager to oversee day-to-day campaign operations and execute a winning electoral strategy. The Campaign Manager will serve as the chief strategist and operational lead, responsible for coordinating staff, volunteers, vendors, compliance, and field and fundraising efforts.This role requires strong leadership, political judgment, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced campaign environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall campaign plan in coordination with the candidateManage the campaign timeline, goals, and benchmarks from launch through Election DayOversee daily operations and ensure alignment across all campaign functionsDirect field strategy, including voter contact, canvassing, phone/text banking, and volunteer recruitmentTrack voter contact metrics and adjust tactics as neededCoordinate with field organizers and volunteers to maximize turnoutManage fundraising strategy and calendarCoordinate call time, donor outreach, events, and PAC/organizational engagementWork with compliance professionals to ensure all fundraising meets legal requirementsRecruit, hire, and supervise campaign staff and key consultantsTrain and manage volunteers and team leadsFoster a professional, respectful, and mission-driven campaign cultureCoordinate with communications staff or consultants on messaging and media strategyServe as a liaison to party organizations, endorsing groups, unions, and community leadersPrepare the candidate for meetings, events, and strategic decisionsOversee campaign budget and expendituresEnsure compliance with Arizona campaign finance lawsCoordinate with the campaign treasurer and legal/compliance vendorsQualificationsPrior campaign management or senior campaign staff experience (state legislative experience preferred)Strong understanding of Democratic campaigns and Arizona political landscapeProven ability to manage people, deadlines, and budgetsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as neededCommitment to Democratic values and the campaign's missionPreferred QualificationsExperience with voter file systems (VAN, VoteBuilder, etc.)Experience working with labor, advocacy organizations, or PACsFamiliarity with Clean Elections or Arizona campaign finance rulesLocal knowledge of the district or Phoenix metro area
