Job Title: Human Resources CoordinatorLocation: West Bloomfield Township, Michigan, United StatesType: Full TimeOur Client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in supporting recruitment efforts, employee retention initiatives, onboarding processes, and HR reporting within a fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor applicant flow daily through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and collaborate closely with assigned recruitersEnsure timely communication and status updates for applicants within the ATSSupport department managers and administrators with employee retention planning and initiativesComplete end‑to‑end onboarding activities for new hires, including:I‑9 completionTax and employment formsLicense and certification verificationReference checksBackground screeningsFingerprinting, physical exams, and drug screening coordinationSchedule and assist with new hire orientation sessionsEnsure the Employee Problem Resolution process is followed and accurately document outcomesPrepare and complete injury and incident reportsUtilize HR and payroll systems such as ADP and PBJTransfer and reconcile workforce data between ADP and PBJ systemsSupport benefits enrollment processes and follow up on employee electionsMaintain accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date employee personnel files in compliance with policy and regulationsEducation & Experience RequirementsAssociate’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Management role ORBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with an HR concentrationMinimum 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a long‑term care or healthcare settingHands‑on experience with ADP payroll and HR systemsExperience with PBJ reporting and compliance requirements
