This role connects sales, production, and logistics to keep jobs moving smoothly from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesQualityEnters and verifies all orders for accuracy in pricing, quantities, and specifications.Maintains professional communication with customers to resolve issues quickly and respectfully.Follows company procedures to ensure accuracy in every stage of the sales process.Productivity/EfficiencyProcesses incoming orders promptly and tracks them through completion.Works with production and shipping to meet deadlines and delivery schedules.Monitors open orders and proactively addresses delays or changes.Technical Know-HowUses company CRM and business systems to record and manage customer data.Reads and understands basic measurements using a tape measure and protractor.Understands production scheduling, lead times, and shipping requirements.TeamworkCommunicates effectively with sales, production, and logistics to coordinate daily work.Keeps all departments updated on changes to orders or delivery dates.Works as part of a team focused on customer satisfaction and company goals.AttendanceMaintains dependable attendance to ensure customer and production support.Follows company attendance policy and provides notice for absences as required.DependabilityFollows instructions and completes assigned work with minimal supervision.Prioritizes tasks effectively under pressure and meets deadlines consistently.Maintains confidentiality and handles information with integrity.QualificationsPrevious experience in sales coordination, order entry, or customer service preferred.Strong communication and organization skills.Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs.Basic math and geometry skills required.Must be able to read a tape measure and use a protractor.Physical & Work EnvironmentOffice setting with regular computer and phone use.Occasional walking to production or warehouse areas for order verification.Standard business hours; occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.Benefits:We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
