At the core of this role is a passion for providing top-tier service and support - bridging the technical service capabilities and customer needsCore Responsibilities Of Technical Service Representative IServes as a liaison between customers and Hydro-Gear ensuring support of proper product operationsProvide customer service related to product and service information and troubleshoot technical issues to develop resolutionsConducts testing, teardowns and evaluations of field returned products (electric and hydraulic components)Supplying customer feedback to appropriate departmentsProcess warranty claims, maintain and execute warranty reportsLeading teams in the field if products are to be updated (as needed)RequirementsAssociates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus 2 years of experience or four years of related experience and training. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Experience of electrical and hydraulic systemsAble to read, analyze and interpret documents such as technical procedures, manuals and government regulationsExperience in spreadsheet, presentation, word, and reporting software (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Crystal Reports, etc.)Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce, etc.)Ability to speak and present information clearly and effectively to larger groups
