Project And Client Manager601am is a growing web development company, primarily building and supporting websites for media companies.We are looking for a skilled project and client manager to provide exceptional client service, manage projects, own client relationships and win new business.In this position, you will:Manage ProjectsCreate project plansPlan resourcesManage project budgetsEnsure on-time, on-budget, quality delivery of client projectsEscalate potential problems to managementWork with ClientsWork to understand clients' strategic goalsGain consensus on client needs and deliverablesServe as day-to-day contact to our clientsEstablish and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levelsProvide frequent status updates both internally and externallyManage crisesEnsure a high level of client satisfactionWork with clients and support staff to resolve escalated support ticketsImprove ProcessesReportingProcess documentationProcess improvementConduct and document project post-mortemCreate a knowledgebase of use cases and project plansGrow Existing Client BusinessIdentify opportunities for renewals and growth from both services and support clientsGather business requirementsScope projectsWrite statements of workFollow up on pending proposalsDocument case studies and gather testimonials for marketing purposesWork with outside sales team to provide technical guidance and manage referral opportunitiesOther responsibilities as needed.We are looking for an experienced client and project manager with:More than 2 years of successful web development account management.
