Facilities Technician

Role: Facilities HVAC Technician Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA Description: Inspects building HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure equipment operation is within design capabilities and meets the client's environmental conditions. Performs assigned repairs and emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Review historical maintenance records to develop proactive inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance schedule. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial building environment. Experience in a Corporate Headquarters operations environment, preferably on a campus or high-profile commercial space.
