This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, improving operational efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB1. KPI Management & Business PerformanceOwn the development, tracking, and reporting of company-wide KPIs (e.g., sales, operating profit)Analyze performance against targets and identify key gaps, risks, and opportunitiesDeliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performanceDevelop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting materials2. Strategic Initiative ExecutionDrive the planning and execution of key corporate strategic initiativesPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIsTrack initiative progress and proactively address risks or delaysSupport program management and ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities3. Data-Driven Management & Data InfrastructureContribute to building and enhancing a data-driven management systemLead data consolidation efforts across functions (Sales, Warranty, Parts, Dealer, Marketing, etc.)Support data warehouse initiatives and improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibilityIdentify opportunities to leverage data for better decision-making4. Operational Excellence & Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvement solutionsDrive initiatives to enhance operational workflows and management controlsSupport continuous improvement efforts to increase organizational efficiency and productivity5. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with HQ and local teams to ensure alignment on priorities and performanceFacilitate communication and coordination across departmentsEnsure consistency and accuracy of key management information6. Executive Support & Strategic PlanningPrepare high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic materials for senior leadershipProvide data-driven insights to support executive decision-makingTrack and drive key corporate priorities across the organization7. Analytical & ReportingConduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesTranslate complex data into clear insights and business recommendationsSupport data-driven decision-making across the organizationEDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field0–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or data analysis (internship experience included)Strong interest in corporate strategy, business operations, and data-driven managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for data analysis, workflow automation, and productivity improvementExperience or strong interest in data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesBilingual (English/Korean) is a plus
