Apply now and become part of our mission to make fitness work for everyone.Product Operations & Enablement Strategy: You define and execute the product operations strategy - how we set up our operational engine within the product development cycle - from planning, discovery to software and hardware engineering. You do this in a data and metrics driven approachTeam Leadership: You lead, develop, and empower a team of Product Operations & Enablement experts, with the product and portfolio management processes at the center, and with the vision to also include adjacent, existing teams for project management and lean delivery in your functionProduct Discovery & Delivery: You understand the relevance of the work items and are supporting discovery and delivery with the necessary skill sets in your team. The product team's success and effectiveness is your successChange: You and your team are supporting the change processes in the product engineering departments.
