DescriptionThe Senior Graphic Designer is a highly skilled, execution-focused creative responsible for delivering polished, thoughtful design across multiple channels. This role bridges strong design craft with conceptual understanding, taking creative direction and elevating it through detail, consistency, and problem-solving. The Senior Graphic Designer works independently on projects, collaborates closely with Art Directors and copywriters, and helps uphold creative standards across the team.Responsibilities:Execute design work across a range of mediums including digital, print, web, email, and socialTranslate creative direction, briefs, and concepts into polished, on-brand design solutionsCollaborate closely with Art Directors, copywriters, and creative teammates to bring ideas to lifeEnsure consistency, accuracy, and craft across all deliverablesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining qualityPrepare production-ready files and assetsParticipate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and critiquesProvide thoughtful feedback and support to other designers when appropriateContribute to maintaining and raising the overall design standard of the teamAdapt work based on feedback and evolving project needsStay current with design trends and tools to inform execution and problem-solvingRepresent the creative team with professionalism and reliabilityRequirements 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency environmentProven ability to execute high-quality design across digital, print, web, email, and social media Strong production background with a clear understanding of how ideas translate into finished deliverables Ability to take creative direction and elevate it through craft, precision, and consistency Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus) Strong working knowledge of FigmaUnderstanding of web and email design best practices, including awareness of HTML/CSS limitationsUp-to-date with current design trends, tools, and visual cultureA strong portfolio demonstrating refined design craft, typography, layout, color, and hierarchyAbility to expand and execute visual concepts across multiple formats and channels Strong understanding of brand systems and visual consistencyConfident communicator who can articulate design decisions internallyComfort collaborating with copywriters, designers, developers, and cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong organizational skills and file management practicesAbility to work independently while contributing positively to team workflows
