Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position for a Conveyor Belt Service Technician based in Portland, ME. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing conveyor belt systems, troubleshooting issues on-site, and providing exceptional field service. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and responding to service calls promptly. The role will require hands-on work with industrial equipment and collaboration with a skilled team to meet performance standards. Qualifications Proven experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment, including conveyor belt systemsStrong Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issuesExperience in Field Service, including the ability to travel locally to client sites as neededExcellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationshipsPhysical ability to perform manual labor, work with tools, and adhere to a safety-first approachBasic understanding of mechanical systems; additional training can be providedValid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation
