Position Details
Core hours
Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
OR Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Range: $22.00 to $28.50 per hour
What You’ll Do
Program and maintain CNC turret punch presses and laser machines
Use CAD and CAM software to prepare production-ready programs for flat lasers, tube lasers, and turret punch machines
Apply critical thinking to enhance safety, boost product quality, and lower production costs
Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills within the team and across departments
What We’re Looking For
Required
High school graduate or GED
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and productive with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills, especially with managing files
Preferred
Experience with CAM and CAD software or willing to learn
Previous experience in similar manufacturing industry and/or vocational training/certificate
Experience operating CNC equipment, laser cutting systems, turret punch presses, CAD software, CAM software, drafting systems, or other manufacturing technology. Candidates with related manufacturing or technical experience and a desire to learn CNC programming are encouraged to apply.
