Sales & Office Coordinator

We're looking for a driven, organized, and personable Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role encompasses sales, marketing, and front-office — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and can wear multiple hats without dropping the ball.Responsibilities:Prospect and generate new leads for vehicle wraps, signage, apparel, and fleet accountsPrepare and present quotes, follow up on estimates, and close dealsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with local businesses and repeat clientsMeet monthly sales goals and report pipeline activity to ownershipRepresent the company at local networking events and help with marketingQualifications:1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, office administration, or a similar roleStrong communication skills — professional on the phone, via email, and in person with walk-in clientsSelf-motivated and highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with social media platforms, basic digital marketing tools, and standard office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)Experience with a CRM, QuickBooks, or project management software is a plus — sign, print, or graphics industry background is a bonus but not requiredAbout Company:Woodruff Sign-Matrix Designs LLC is a full-service graphics and signage company based in Croswell, MI, proudly serving the Thumb area and Metro Detroit market.
