Responsibilities:Planning and implementing daily program activities.- Have fun! Coordinating fun and educational activities. - Be a leader! Assisting the director with designated activities. - Work as a team! Create and implement educational lesson plans based on the creative curriculum- Mold young minds! Uphold Keystone STARS standards- Be a great example! Requirements:Be mission focused: Help every child to learn and grow in their own unique style. Be able to display and uphold our core values: love, learning, support, respect, & communication. Associates degree required in early childhood education, or a related field is required for lead teacher positions. GED or Diploma required for aide positions. Be able to criminal and sexual abuse background checks. CPR certification, or willing to obtain. Have reliable transportation.
