This contract hybrid position offers significant flexibility and the chance to build an exciting portfolio of large scale productions for a forward thinking technology company.**NATIONWIDE LIVE EVENT STRATEGY AND VENUE PARTNERSHIPS**The Head of Events will take full ownership of planning and delivering high impact live events for the technology company Médina at premier venues across the entire USA. This role centers on identifying selecting and collaborating with the best nationwide event venues and professional planners to create unforgettable experiences. Médina maintains an established physical location supported by five to ten years of successful event hosting and now seeks to expand its national presence with ambitious productions. Events will take place at stunning tops of hotels roof bar lounges and expansive major capacity venues able to accommodate five hundred to one thousand guests as well as one thousand plus attendee spaces. These outstanding locations provide the perfect backdrop for dynamic live experiences including speeches music performances and a broad variety of engaging formats all showcasing AI crypto technologies and automations in compelling and inspiring ways.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**The successful candidate will manage the complete event lifecycle from initial concept development through to final on site delivery and post event evaluation. This includes creating detailed event strategies selecting optimal venues and technical partners overseeing full budget planning and allocation and coordinating all logistics for seamless operations. Additional responsibilities involve leading promotional and marketing campaigns to drive strong attendance building and nurturing long term relationships with venue operators vendors sponsors and industry stakeholders and ensuring every production delivers an exceptional engaging experience for clients partners and audiences nationwide. The role demands creativity precision and the ability to align every event with Médina strategic goals while highlighting the transformative power of AI crypto technologies and automations.**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**Candidates must bring proven expertise in professional event planning event management and large scale budgeting for high profile productions.
