Field Service HVAC Technician Ductless & Hydronic Specialist
Field Service Hvac TechnicianWe are seeking an experienced Field Service HVAC Technician with strong expertise in ductless split systems (including inverter compressors and AC/DC controls) and hydronic heating systems. This role includes installation, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for residential and light commercial customers.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settingsDiagnose and repair ductless split units, including inverter-driven compressors and electrical controlsService and troubleshoot hydronic systems (wet coils, baseboard, radiant)Install ductwork, thermostats, and controlsPerform routine system maintenanceInspect and diagnose issues on existing systemsReplace parts and components as neededMaintain inventory of parts and materialsUse digital dispatch software for scheduling and work ordersFollow company and industry safety standardsPerform additional duties as assignedRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of ductless split unit operation and diagnosticsStrong understanding of hydronic system operation and troubleshootingExcellent mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skillsAbility to use HVAC tools, gauges, and testing devicesAbility to read manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical guidesStrong communication and customer service abilitiesExperience using digital dispatch or field service platformsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical school training or HVAC apprenticeship required58 years of field HVAC experience requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in extreme heat or coldFrequent standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder climbingAbility to lift up to 50 lbsCompensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
