Regional Portfolio ManagerAs a Regional Portfolio Manager (Affordable) with CONAM, you will oversee many properties in a portfolio. You will make decisions in order to achieve the overall objectives of the communities in your region. You'll hire, train, mentor, lead and inspire a team of property management professionals. At CONAM, we foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture where our associates thrive and are valued for their expertise and commitment.If you possess a customer-focused mindset, can oversee or be a part of the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community, and want to be a part of our company's growth, we want to hear from you!What we're looking for: Affordable Regional Portfolio Manager to support the Affordable Portfolio in San Diego, CA area with a strong experience in affordable properties.This position is Full-Time | Salary | Pay Range for this position is: $85,000 - 105,000 / Yr + Bonus PotentialRequirements:Previous experience as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/management experienceExperience with affordable properties, HUD, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Lease Up is requiredCPM designation is a plus but not requiredState of CA Real Estate License required.Experience with affordable housing/tax credit propertiesExperience in developing property budgets, as well as dealing with complex operational matters dailyMust have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverageLocal travel required; occasional travel out of state on an as-needed basisComputer knowledge: MS Word, Excel & Outlook; MRI software knowledge is a plusWhy You'll Love Working Here: CONAM Management Corporation is more than just a job it's a career where you can grow and be recognized for your expertise in Property Management.
