CNC Machine Operator/Programmer

Operate a variety of CNC mills and lathes - Models include HAAS and MAZAK. Operate various other types of machine shop equipment including drill presses, band saws, grinders, polishers, etc. Load, unload, debur parts in quick / safe fashion. Apply lean manufacturing techniques when possible. Make program edits at machine to maximize speed and efficiency. Understand and develop CNC machine programs / CAM modeling. Utilize Esprit CAM programming software and Solidworks design software. Adhere to quality and time standards and be a self-starter (no micro management needed). Maintain a clean, safe and positive work environment. Must be an organized, solutions oriented person looking to operate in a small / team environment where everyone is important and valued.
