Fulfillment Associate Location: North Olmsted, OH | Full-time, On-site | FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt (Overtime eligible) | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (extended hours during peak holiday seasons)About the RoleTeddy Baldassarre is one of the fastest-growing luxury watch brands and media companies in the industry. We're looking for a Fulfillment Associate who is reliable, tech-savvy, and ready to contribute from day one. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role based out of our North Olmsted office. What You'll Do Your day centers on making sure every order leaves accurately and on time. Responsibilities include: Prep and process daily orders, ensuring accuracy at every stepPick, pack, and package orders to luxury brand standardsReceive inbound shipments and verify against packing and inventory documentationMove product to hold locations and maintain organized storage areasCreate and manage order transfers with precision in ShopifyProcess and document product warranties accuratelyConduct quality control checks on outgoing orders and incoming returnsCollaborate with your team lead to prioritize workflow and surface issues earlyRequirements Education High school diploma or equivalent requiredSecondary education (associate's or bachelor's degree) preferredTechnical Skills Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quicklyProficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)Experience with inventory management or CRM systems requiredExperience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform preferredCore Competencies Reliable — present, on time, and accountable every dayDetail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and order managementCoachable — receives feedback well and applies it consistentlySolution-oriented — when problems arise, you address them rather than avoid themFlexible and adaptable in a fast-changing, evolving environmentPatient, professional, and easy to work with under pressureStrong personal integrity and a team-first mindsetAbility to read and interpret packing lists, invoices, and inventory documentsPhysical Requirements Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift and move up to 30 pounds.
