That's the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.OverviewThe Manager of Warehouse Technical Support is responsible for leading and developing a team of Warehouse Support Associates who provide technical support for all technology used in warehouse operations. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of warehouse systems, devices, and automation that enable daily production, inventory movement, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.The Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for warehouse technology support, partnering closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, and third-party vendors to maintain a stable, efficient, and technology-enabled warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementManage, coach, and develop a team of Warehouse Support Associates, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and schedulingEstablish clear expectations, workflows, and service-level standards for warehouse technical supportFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementEnsure appropriate coverage for on-site and remote support across shifts, weekends, and peak periodsWarehouse Technology Support OversightOversee day-to-day technical support for warehouse devices, systems, and infrastructure, including:Handheld scanners, tablets, workstations, printers, and mobile devicesWarehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related applicationsConveyors, sortation systems, and warehouse automation toolsNetwork connectivity and basic hardware/software troubleshootingEnsure rapid triage, escalation, and resolution of issues that could impact production or safetyMonitor system health, recurring issues, and root causes to prevent downtimeOperations & Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Warehouse Operations leadership to align technology support with operational priorities and peak demandsCollaborate with Corporate IT, Engineering, and vendors on system upgrades, rollouts, maintenance, and issue resolutionAct as the warehouse point of contact for technology incidents, planned changes, and improvement initiativesQualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in warehouse operations support, IT support, or technical operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleHands-on experience supporting warehouse technology, automation, or distribution center systemsStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networkingProven ability to manage and develop hourly or technical support teams in a fast-paced environmentExperience with equipment and asset trackingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience in retail, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution environmentsFamiliarity with WMS platforms, RF systems, conveyor systems, and warehouse automationExperience with ticketing systems, incident management, and performance metricsProject management experience supporting system implementations or upgradesExperience with MDM toolsExperience with managing multiple warehousesThe base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
