divh2Job Title/h2pLocation: 9100 Covenant Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15237/ppHours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Must be flexible around branch hours)/ph3Function/h3pResponsible for profiling customers to determine financial services needs and referring customers to other Line of Business partners when appropriate. Opens loan and deposit accounts. Responsible for achieving individual goals including loan and deposit production and other sales goals as assigned by Branch management./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3pProves competencies in bank operations by:/pulliCompletion of the Sales Platform training as assigned by Consumer Bank Training/liliDemonstration of product knowledge, sales aptitude, and service expectations in a successful manner./liliExecution of the expectations outlined in the Branch Playbook./liliCARE certified within 6 months of hire/li/ulpProfiles customers to determine and recommend appropriate ST loan and deposit products./ppUtilizes all sales tools as provided to enhance the customer experience and sales conversation. Example tools but not limited are: LoanFit, sales binder, etc./ppCompletes the ST Sales process and customer focused conversation with each customer, document notes in the appropriate system for all bankers view in future interactions./ppInputs loan applications using appropriate LOS software and coordinates loan document preparation./ppOpens new deposit accounts and produces signature cards, certificates of deposit and other deposit documents./ppUses a combination of CARE skills, product knowledge, and knowledge of policies and procedures to suggest additional bank services such as other loan accounts, deposit services, and insurance products. Makes referrals to the Mortgage, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Business Banking, Elavon, Elan, Private Banking. Evergreen, Deluxe, etc./ppContributes to Branch goals and sales and service standards as outlined in branch playbook and detailed by Branch Management/ppFollows up on loans and deposit accounts opened and corrects deficiencies or document exceptions in a timely fashion./ppUtilize the Sales Service guide to complete proposed campaign calls on new and existing customers to generate new business as outlined in the Branch Playbook./ppAssists, as needed, branch management in coaching staff regarding the ST Sales process and expectations./ppMaintains a good working relationship with bank employees in other departments and business lines. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the branch and in turn, the organization./ppCompletes NLMS requirements as part of the S.A.F.E. Act certification. Proof of registration with the registry and verification of a unique identifier as established under the guidelines of the S.A.F.E. Act is required upon hire and/or must be obtained prior to performing the duties of a Mortgage Loan Originator, as defined by the Act. This registration must be maintained annually in accordance with the S.A.F.E. Act./ppPerforms other duties as assigned, and as necessary to support the successful operation of the branch./ph3Education/h3pRequires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree./ph3Experience/h3pTwo to five years general experience required and specialized preferred./ph3Physical Demands/h3pOperates a keypad device: 70% of the day; operates electronic equipment: 10% of the day; operates office equipment: 10% of the day. Standing is required 2 hours per day in a straight position. Sitting is required 5 hours per day in a leaning position. Routinely lifts up to 10 lbs., 2 times per day. Maximum lift is 20 lbs., one time per day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18-20 for computer work.
