Job description:Sales Manager Thixo-Die Casting LineLocation: Stow, OhioIndustry: Die Casting & Injection MoldingThe RoleAs the Sales Manager, you will drive sales opportunities and grow the Thixo-Die casting line to meet ambitious targets. This role involves integrating resources, managing a dedicated sales team, and cultivating high-level relationships with OEMs and contract manufacturers.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Execute strategic plans to exceed quarterly and annual quotas through prospecting and networking.Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and build long-term client relationships.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a sales force of direct reports and agents to ensure peak performance.Technical Solutions: Partner with internal engineering teams to provide solutions for client pain points.Strategic Reporting: Forecast revenue accurately and submit regular performance reports via CRM.Performance Metrics (KPIs)Order Intake and Payment Collection.Customer relation maintenance and timely reporting.Qualifications:QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in the Die Casting industry.Education: Degree or Masters in Business, International Trade, or Engineering/Machinery.Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, deep product process knowledge, and excellent communication skills.Why is This a Great Opportunity:About the CompanyWe are a certified high-tech enterprise that has been revolutionizing the injection molding industry since 2003.
