The Nurse Practitioner will conduct patient assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized care plans. Other responsibilities include prescribing medications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients about treatment options, and maintaining comprehensive medical records.QualificationsProven skills in conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing care plansExperience in prescribing medications and providing treatments for acute and chronic conditionsProficiency in patient education and ability to clearly communicate medical informationStrong ability to collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate medical recordsActive Nurse Practitioner license valid in the state of FloridaCertification as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine or related specialization (preferred)Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced healthcare environmentFamiliarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
