Mercedes-Benz Stadium Ticket Attendant Mercedes-Benz Stadium Ticket Attendants are best known for their proficient knowledge, impactful customer interaction and responsive engagement. This position serves as the front-facing point of contact for our guests and sets the tone for our guests. Role and Responsibilities Greet our guests/clients/fans to our Stadium Provide incredible customer service, including and not limited to gate entry assistance, resolving various ticketing issues, troubleshooting ticket apps including Ticketmaster Treat everyone with courtesy, respect, and genuine kindness Preferred Skills /Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Experience in event ticketing field preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Qualifications Able to work outside, ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Efficiently operate Ticketmaster ticketing systems including assisting with mobile app, troubleshoot ticketing issues from the Gates Able to prioritize ticketing issues with courtesy and professionalism Able to troubleshoot and resolve mobile ticketing questions and issues Comfort with learning ticketing technologies and comfort working on mobile devices Must be able to work an irregular work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work well in a team environment Immediate availability to work events
