Job Description Role: Site SupervisorLocation: Austin, TXJob Type: Fulltime - Onsite We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee field operations and support our production team during active construction and repair projects. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure job site efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.You will work closely with the Production Manager and Lead Superintendent to manage crews, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction organization with strong career advancement potential.
