RCM Operations Analyst

RCM Operations Analyst is a full-time position focused on denial and rejection management, insurance billing workflows, and operational intelligence to improve reimbursement outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct analysis of denial and rejection data to identify root causes and drive operational fixes Build and maintain operational dashboards for real-time visibility into denial volume and trends Develop process documentation and SOPs to ensure operational knowledge is scalable and accessibleRequired Qualifications3+ years of hands-on RCM operations experience with denial management and billing workflow improvement Strong analytical skills with experience in extracting findings from complex datasets Experience building or maintaining operational dashboards, preferably with Looker In-depth knowledge of multiple insurance payer environments, with Medicaid MCO experience preferred Process improvement mindset and ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment
