This role serves as a key business partner to the General Manager, providing financial leadership, operational insights, and oversight to ensure strong financial performance and compliance across the organization.Transdev Is Proud To OfferCompetitive compensation package of minimum $117,000 – maximum $144,000Benefits IncludeVacation: minimum of two (2) weeks Sick days: 5 daysHolidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary long-term disability. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing analysis and reporting on financial performance, including interpretation of key metrics and trendsLead the annual budgeting process and support the General Manager with monthly forecastingDevelop financial projections to support strategic and operational decision-makingEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controlsServe as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and local leadership teamPartner closely with Corporate Finance (dotted-line reporting relationship)Oversee daily reporting, month-end close, and all required corporate and local reportingCollaborate with leadership to analyze operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvementDevelop a strong understanding of key profitability drivers within the operationManage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, payroll, and financial reportingOversee financial aspects of capital projects, procurement, audits, and contractsLead and ensure compliance with the DBE Program, including goal attainmentOversee all fare revenue collection and reporting processesMaintain accurate financial records and strong internal controlsPrepare required financial reports for state, federal, and local agenciesPerform additional duties as assignedSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
