Sales Performance Manager

Performance Manager Our client is a global leader in supplying products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a Performance Manager responsible for the daily performance and activity levels of our National Sales Team. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent execution against key performance indicators (KPIs), including outbound calls, client communication, and email engagement.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is data-driven, and excels at coaching, accountability, and process optimization. This individual will play a critical role in maximizing team productivity, improving efficiency, and driving revenue outcomes.Role reports to an office (M-F). Responsibilities: KPI Oversight & AccountabilityMonitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity metrics (calls, emails, client touchpoints)Ensure all sales representatives meet or exceed established productivity benchmarksDevelop dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility into performancePerformance ManagementIdentify trends, gaps, and underperformance across the sales teamPartner with Sales Leadership to implement corrective action plansConduct regular performance reviews focused on activity and outputProcess OptimizationEvaluate current workflows and recommend improvements to increase productivityCollaborate with Sales Operations to enhance CRM usage and automation toolsStandardize processes for communication cadence and outreach strategiesReporting & AnalyticsDeliver productivity reports to senior leadershipAnalyze data to drive insights and inform strategic decisionsEstablish and refine KPI benchmarks as the organization scalesRequirements: Bachelor’s Degree requiredMin. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or performance managementStrong understanding of sales KPIs and activity-based performance metricsProven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plansExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and coaching skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughOffering: Base Salary $120,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)Bonus Structure: performance-based bonus tied directly to overall team productivity and KPI achievementFull Benefits Package, 401KPTODirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
