MPD Field Supervisor

We are currently seeking experienced Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Professionals to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in drilling operations, well control, and pressure management technologies. Requirements Previous experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations. Experience with Rotating Control Devices (RCD) . Knowledge and operational experience in Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) . Strong understanding of drilling hydraulics and pressure management. Ability to work in fast-paced drilling environments both onshore and offshore. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Certifications Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC WellSharp) H2S Certification SafeLand / PEC Certification First Aid & CPR (preferred) Responsibilities Monitor and manage MPD operations to ensure safe and efficient drilling performance. Perform equipment rig-up and rig-down activities. Operate and troubleshoot MPD systems and associated equipment. Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation.
