In-Person .NET Framework Developer (Full-Stack: Mobile/Web/Desktop)

Responsibilities include developing web-based, desktop, cloud, and API applications using C#, Visual Basic .NET, and the .NET Framework. The applicant will meet regularly with company management and senior developers to discuss project specifications and their implementation. In turn, the applicant will develop components to that specification.The developer is responsible for full lifecycle development, including requirement analysis, coding, unit testing, and documentation. The developer should have a strong working knowledge of the Internet and good working experience with SQL and relational databases.The developer works to understand business requirements and objectives and collaborates with the senior architect to outline technical solutions. The developer may work with a team or independently within a project domain and is responsible for delivering all functionality within an application module. In other words, a full-stack developer is required.Requirements:Comfortable acting as a full-stack developerSolid experience in Microsoft .NET languages, including C# and Visual Basic .NET (mandatory)Solid knowledge of object-oriented conceptsSolid understanding of ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptAbility to analyze and troubleshoot existing program code to isolate and correct issuesAbility to work as part of a team with specific direction, or as an individual project lead with only high-level directionCritical thinking and problem solving skillsUnderstand the use of industry tools and technology, and how the implementation of these affects project goalsAttention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to create technical documentation for internal and external users that accurately describes the configuration of technology utilized to implement a development solutionAbility to meet deadlines and hold oneself accountableAbove all, we are looking for exceptionally smart, professionally motivated, and driven people who can join our team and contribute for years to come.
