We are seeking a trusted, highly professional Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to provide direct administrative support to the CEO while ensuring a polished, efficient front office environment.This role requires discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize executive-level work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Position OverviewThe Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator serves as the primary administrative partner to the CEO, supporting executive leadership, Board activities, and key visitors, while also coordinating front office operations.
