Urologist Position in AZ Located in Tucson, Arizona Full-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Urologist to join practice. Full-time, employed opportunity 5 year contract Typical work week schedule: 4 days per week in the clinic and 1 day per week in the OR 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient Call 7 (24-hour) shifts per month with additional compensation. Average 30 patients per clinic day and 510 surgeries per weekCompensation & Benefits: Range: $390K-450K Base Salary + Productivity Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity; No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit Busy Practice, Within the First Year you will already receive bonuses Possible Relocation Assistance CME: 5KLocation:Tucson is a city of 1 million people that is often described as having a smaller town feel.
