Senior Engineer, Process Sustaining Engineering

Overview As a Senior Process Engineer at Analog Devices Federal, you will lead and optimize manufacturing processes for complex hybrid microelectronics used in commercial, space, and military applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery, quality, and cost metrics while supporting hermetic sealing, ESS, and die attach processes. You’ll establish and refine processes for hand assembly, epoxy cure ovens, laser/seam sealing, ESS testing, and automated/manual die attach. This role offers impact in a highly controlled environment with security-clearance considerations and exposure to defense-grade standards.
