Beverage Artisan

Position Summary:As a Beverage Artisan, you will be at the forefront of ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This role is all about crafting delightful beverages and providing outstanding service that exceeds expectations. You will be responsible for the dynamic bar area, continually striving to create memorable moments during each guest's visit. Beverage Artisan Responsibilities:Warmly greet guests for a welcoming and engaging experience. Proactively fulfill guests' needs and anticipate their desires. Ensure that food and service meet our high standards. Communicate effectively to leave a positive and lasting impression on guests. Promote safety and cleanliness in all aspects of the bar environment. Maintain bar area, ensuring it's properly stocked and set up. Follow all beverage recipes and standards meticulously. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in compliance with applicable laws. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Perform light duties including stocking and side work as assigned. Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related matters. Handle payments, ensuring accuracy when giving change. Complete other duties as assigned to enhance operational efficiency. Education and Experience:Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum of one (1) year of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant. Must possess a valid and unexpired RBS Certification. Required Skills/Abilities:Outgoing, charismatic, approachable, and focused on guest satisfaction. Basic knowledge of sanitation and workplace safety regulations. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Demonstrates quickness and efficiency in tasks. Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative attitude. Responsive to feedback and able to follow instructions. Maintains a high level of personal hygiene. Physical Requirements:Able to stand and move for extended periods. Capable of carrying hot and cold plates to guests. Able to lift and carry trays with 6-7 drinks. Can lift up to 30 lbs. when necessary. Availability for late nights and variable hours. Physically capable of bending, reaching, and twisting regularly. Salary:Minimum wage plus gratuities.
