Our agentic voice AI conducts health risk assessments, schedules appointments, manages prescription reminders, and handles post-procedure follow-ups.We help healthcare organizations improve patient outcomes while reducing operational burden — transforming how providers connect with their patients.The RoleWe're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiting & HR Coordinator to support hiring and HR operations during a critical growth period while the Director of HR is out on maternity leave. This role will start as part-time (20-30 hours per week) with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone earlier in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into recruiting and HR. You will work closely with the Director of HR and receive hands-on coaching and development.We are specifically looking for someone who is a self-starter, highly adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.What You'll DoRecruiting SupportSource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other toolsReview resumes and support initial candidate outreachCoordinate interviews and scheduling across multiple stakeholdersMaintain organized candidate pipelines and trackersEnsure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experienceHR & Administrative SupportAssist with offer letter coordination and onboarding (Rippling)Support HR processes such as:Employment verificationsI-9 coordinationHR inbox triage and routingHelp maintain internal documentation and processesCross-Functional SupportSupport hiring across:Engineering Product, Customer Success, and Operations Adapt quickly to changing hiring prioritiesWhat We're Looking ForA self-starter who takes initiative and figures things outHighly adaptable and comfortable with shifting prioritiesStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityDetail-oriented and highly organizedClear communicator with strong follow-throughPositive, team-oriented mindsetQualifications1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination rolesExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter or strong interest in sourcingExposure to an ATS or HRIS (Rippling preferred)Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat Success Looks LikeCandidates move quickly and smoothly through the hiring processInterviews are scheduled efficiently with minimal back-and-forthHiring managers feel supported and informedHR processes are organized and running smoothlyYou proactively identify gaps and improve processesGrowth OpportunityThis role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruiting and HR.
