All employees are also considered for an annual raise, commensurate with performance and company commitment.About this position:The Program Manager will provide technical and management leadership for the Decennial Transformation and Application Modernization (DTAM) project supporting the U.S. Census Bureau. This effort focuses on transforming Decennial Census Programs into a modern, data-centric, cloud-smart IT environment supporting the 2030 Census and American Community Survey (ACS).This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, governance, compliance, staffing, financial management, and successful delivery of contractual requirements. The Program Manager will interface directly with Government stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure technical and operational objectives are achieved.*This position is contingent upon contract award.Salary Range:$135K – $175K commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.On a day-to-day basis, you will:Provide technical and management leadership for major tasks and task order executionEstablish goals, plans, and governance structures aligned with project objectives and Government requirementsDirect and control program activities, including financial management, staffing, and methodsEnsure compliance with contract requirements, standards, procedures, and approved plansOversee staffing and subcontractor management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, supervision, retention, and offboardingDevelop, maintain, and manage program documentation, management plans, logs, and artifactsSupervise personnel as requiredOversee program governance, execution oversight, and complianceManage integrated planning, scheduling, risk, quality, and communicationsDevelop and manage schedule baselines, variance tracking, and mitigation activitiesIdentify, mitigate, elevate, and report risks and issuesOversee quality control, performance monitoring, and defect managementExecute operational readiness, transition-in, and transition-out activitiesRequired Education/Qualifications:15+ years of relevant experience in program and project management leadership rolesExperience providing technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignmentsExperience establishing goals and plans to meet project objectivesExperience directing and controlling activities for a client with responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffingExperience conducting client negotiations and interfacing with senior managementDemonstrated decision-making experience with potential critical impact on overall project implementationExpert-level technical and domain knowledgeStrong program and project management leadership capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:PMP CertificationExperience supporting large-scale federal IT modernization programsExperience supporting cloud-smart or data-centric transformation initiatives within the federal governmentImportant Note:We maintain an on-camera policy for all virtual company meetings to foster engagement and collaboration.
