Software Engineer - Code Review (Rust)

Seeking talented Software Engineers with experience in the Rust programming language and experience conducting code reviews. In this role, you will analyze actual GitHub issues and pull requests and test cases to audit them for quality to be used to evaluate AI models.Each task will be drawn from actual GitHub repos with the goal of supporting the evaluation of AI systems, particularly those designed to reason about and fix code across diverse language ecosystems.You are a good fit if you:Have proficiency in RustExperience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects involving real-world bug fixesHave experience with large-scale codebases and collaborative development via Git/GitHubHave demonstrated expertise in code reviewHave familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration testing practicesHave ability to read, interpret, and triage real-world issue reports and pull requestsAre based out of the US, Canada, UK, Australia, NZRole HighlightsFast paced: 20+ hours a week.Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule.Role Start DateThis role will start immediately as the project is a short term commitment.Compensation and Legal DetailsYou will be legally classified as an hourly contractorWe will pay you out at the end of each week via Stripe ConnectPay rate is $85/hour
