The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, conduct comprehensive market research, support sales initiatives, and coordinate customer communication efforts. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company’s leasing services with a focus on client outreach and satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage stakeholders and maintain client relationships.Market Research and Data Analysis skills to understand industry trends and inform strategic decisions.Sales and Marketing Strategy experience to develop and implement campaigns that drive leasing activity and business growth.Ability to collaborate within a dynamic team and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
