Agent Assistant

A Top Commercial Real Estate Sales Team at Marcus & Millichap San Francisco Office is seeking a dependable individual with entry level experience for an Agent Assistant position. This is a regular full-time position. The Agent Assistant will provide financial and analytical support services, which will include preparing marketing packages, proposals/opinions of value, data input, underwriting property values, performing market research, both in and outside the office in order to evaluate real estate, analyzing comparable properties and sales trends and preparing financial analysis for presentation to clients. Professionalism and attention to detail are musts. Excellent analytical and professional business writing skills are required. High degree of comfort using general business suite applications is a must; candidate should possess or be able to quickly learn intermediate Microsoft Excel formula usage and be able to use Excel for financial modeling. Previous experience in real estate financial analysis and valuation is preferred but not required.
