Trusted.The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.SPA's Strategic Division's Regional Strike System Group (RSSG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering, Systems Safety, Modelling, Master Scheduling, and Financial Analysis support. Pay Transparency Range: $130k-$170k.Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for contracting and acquisition-related activities within the SLCM-N Limited Operational Capability branch. Monitors prime contractor performance, providing oversight and direction to ensure that contractual obligations are met on time and within budget. Gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements, develop and maintain planning tools, prepare reports and presentations, and present results to stakeholders throughout the client organization and to external stakeholders. Work closely with engineers, financial analysts, subject-matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership planning the coordination of efforts and report development. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Active DoD SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a DoD TOP SECRET security clearance. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 10+ years of professional experience in acquisition, contracting, program management, or government. Experience preparing and delivering briefings to senior/executive leadership. Desired Qualifications Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance. Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or business discipline. Experience supporting ACAT 1D programs or other large-scale defense projects.
